And the motion for a new trial that we discussed on our last episode.

But it's been a big week with a lot of just movement happening in all things Murdoch.

First, there we... happening in all things Murdoch.

First, there was this writ of prohibition

that the defense filed, which was an effort

to get Judge Newman removed.

And this week, Neiman voluntarily recused himself from all the

murder stuff. The stuff that involves the jury tampering. Because he may be a witness to it.

It's what he said. He said, I'm not saying that I'm an impartial or anything like that.
