All right, all you positive heads, welcome, welcome on and all. I'm very grateful that you have

joined me today on another beautifully magical day here on this planet that we are so blessed and

grace to be upon so that we can further our soul's growth here learning the lessons of love every

single day. And it's so interesting to me how all of this when we start paying attention is really

for us and we are all of it. Every single thing that we see in our outside reflection is us and the

more we start really paying attention to the fact that there is no separation here and we are one

with it all, the more magical it becomes and also the more you realize how easy it is to create

whatever it is that you want to see in your reality. I actually had to remind myself of this this

morning. I was out driving around early to my office and I don't normally go at rush hour

time. I try to avoid that. But today I was there early and rush hour, I'm not used to it and

it was a different energy and it was a lot more people getting angry and doing kind of crazy

things and and I you know I'm very empathetic and so I immediately I start to get sucked into it
