Hello Anthony. Hello John. How are you? It's so good to have you. Thanks for having me

here. It's cool to be here. How long have we been trying to set this up months in my

years? I mean, pre COVID, right? Yeah. We've got messages going back and forth trying

to set something up. We finally were able to do it. So it's cool. Yeah. Anthony, you may

not know this, but a couple months ago, I brought care on to kind of help out a little bit.

And Cara is, you know, a bit of a fan, I'm going to say modestly, Cara can correct me if

she wants, but I am busted in the Warm Stories door and I said, when can we get Anthony Magnabosco

on a blush? If I have any suede to throw around, get him in. I'm flattered. Yeah. That's

cool. Yeah. And so Cara's like, when are we getting Anthony on? And so I'm like, yeah,

we were in talks. We started it. It just kind of fell apart. And then I was here while

I was in Utah with my family earlier this year in July. So down south, right? Yeah. Is

it down south? I think so. Yes. Zion. Zion Moab. It was awesome. We just had such a great

visit. When Brigham Young brought the pioneers here, he declared this is the place. So you're

basically agreeing with Brigham Young. That's probably worth exploring. Give five minutes
