You feel a little bit full at first because you have water in your stomach. But that is what your body needs. So drinking at least 32 ounces of water, I know some of you might be like, oh my God, 16 ounces. Fine. Start there. But make it a habit to drink water first thing in the morning. Trust me, you will love |
