Summary

Loving your own company is not something that comes easily for everyone. Even if you feel that you are a good place with yourself, the thought of missing out, and wishing you were with others doesn't seem to go away. As someone who was constantly wanting to be surrounded by friends and not wanting to spend any time on my own, it became exhausting to dread my own company this way. In todays episode we talk about who you are surrounding yourself by, toxic people, enjoying your own company, the need to prove ourselves to others, and self sabotage when there are good people in our life. 0:53.4	Every single Friday I like to get on and do a little solo episode with you guys where I just talk about a topic that either you guys have asked me to talk about recently or that I've been thinking about recently that I want to talk about.
0:59.9	If you guys have been listening to my past few episodes, you know that I actually went away this past weekend on a little ski trip.
1:05.8	So I was in Massachusetts in the mountains.
1:08.6	It was absolutely freezing.
1:10.4	And I spent the whole weekend with a great
1:12.0	group of people, just hanging out with people, partying with people, and it was absolutely freezing.
1:17.2	And I woke up yesterday morning absolutely with no voice. I had no voice in the morning and it's
1:24.6	still kind of recovering. It's kind of like on and off. Like one hour,
1:28.3	my voice will be completely fine. And then the next hour, it's like cracking and it's just like gone again.
1:33.3	So it's a little bit more on the raspy side today. So if my voice sounds a little bit weird, that is why.
1:38.5	I left for my trip on Friday afternoon. I came back Sunday afternoon. then Sunday night I had an engagement party.
1:45.7	So I really have not had time to really just like sit and relax and restart and kind of just like
1:51.3	press the reset button on my weekend because I've just been in go go go mode since Friday morning.
1:56.1	So as I'm recording this, it is Tuesday and I had a little bit of like a reset night yesterday on Monday I didn't go to my
