We're back baby and today we're talking about a new YouTube series we are kicking off. It is called

the hybrid build and the intent of the hybrid build is I'm going to gain as much size and strength

as possible over the next five months until March 1st before going into a dieting series or phase

or what we're calling the hybrid cut for a few months. The goal is gain size, gain strength

with structure and monitored. It's not sloppy. It's not dirty and we're still running. We're still

incorporating endurance training into that training mix. That's what's next. Dude, I'm so excited.

This is like what everyone is like I don't want to say been waiting for but like we get it. You run

a lot. You know what I mean? You run so much. Now we get to see you like really putting on some major

pounds thrown around some weight while still running. I think the whole team is excited for the

series. Oh yeah. It's just it's a change of pace. In the last three plus years we were in a big

endurance block. Iron man, triathlon, marathon, ultra marathon and it was from race to race to race

prep to prep to prep. It was great. We learned a lot about endurance training. We encouraged a lot

of people to start running in general. But now I'm itching for I knew going into that last marathon

into the Buffalo New York marathon. I knew there wasn't going to be another race after that. I knew I
