Unplugged connecting with Walt Podcast. I am your host and Diz historian Michael Bowling, and I am joined by

my co-host, producer, and good friend Craig Williams. Craig, how are you today? I'm doing great.

How are you, Michael?

Oh, I'm doing well.

So enjoying our lovely spring weather, working hard, just plugging away.

That's good, because we had tornadoes over the weekend, so that was fun.

I heard about that.

I saw the weather.

I saw people posting on Facebook and all that.

So, but you all came through it, okay?

Yeah, yeah.

Luckily, all of our areas, for the most part, I feel like came out okay from it.

The scary aspect was that the news stations were ahead of, they were actually ahead of

the, the app, like the weather apps out there and such.

So, for example, like, I was, I was glued to the news watching it because I, I know, like, I was glued to the news watching it because I know, like, Rhino doesn't have cable and he doesn't have any sort of, any sort of additional TV app besides just like Netflix and Hulu and all of those apps.

So I know, like, for weather stuff, he relies on weather channel and and other things like that on his phone.

And like I had to be the one to warn him like, hey, they're literally tracking it to come right up through your neighborhood.

And it wasn't until it was probably like, I want to say, it had to be like two minutes out that he finally got the text message.

So when the news was saying, if you're in this area, you have between five and ten minutes to get prepared, he still hadn't received a message about it.
