hello Don. J. J. I've got a question for you.

What do you think would happen to a society if it just dropped all its rules?

Ooh.

It would be like Lord of the Flies.

The thing about Lord of the Fl flies though is that they were kids.

And so you actually kind of wonder what would happen.

What would happen if there was no property law?

What would happen if there was no law enforcement period?

I feel like we would all become kids, like it would descend into chaos.

It might, and then you gotta wonder, it might not.

I'm really curious about this.

Anyway, today's guest is Kevin Cruz,

and his book is called Great Leaders Have No Rules.

And we talk about some of the ideas.

Really what he's getting at is innovation.

He's getting at this idea of just rethink the way

things have been done yeah and some rules you have for no reason yeah and really like

you can break some of these rules and create different rules, you know, it's kind of

metaphorical and what he's saying doesn't actually mean there are no rules.
