Dagen, how's life going for you right now?

Everything's going good now you know already I was pretty sick over the weekend.

So let me tell you a quick story because the way this

story starts and the way it ends is actually pretty interesting. I'll keep it quick but

this is let me give you a little background to what happened to me over the weekend. So as you know because we were talking I was a little

under the weather we were going to record on Saturday and I was just in a bad way so at the

risk of understating as you know of course calm many of the listeners now I could be a bit of a workaholic right I tend to run the engine a little hot at times you know

during the candle at both ends it's just you're you're a similar vein. It's just kind of my style.

Stay busy and so it goes, right? So I would say, and you know this, maybe once every few years
