| 1:10.0 | I mean, I was in pain and I was lost and a part of me didn't even want to |

| 1:17.0 | you know that I only came away with one idea that stuck. But the one idea |
| 1:20.0 | that stuck was so powerful, it has continued to transform my life for |
| 1:24.0 | over five years. And the idea of the principle was this, it's about blame. |
| 1:29.0 | Every human being alive does the very best they can and the only thing |
| 1:33.0 | they are capable of doing at every moment of their life with the |
| 1:36.0 | prevailing awareness that they have. There's no one to blame. |
| 1:39.0 | I'm going to say that again, every human being including your spouse, |
| 1:42.0 | your former spouse is attorney, your teenager, your parents, every human |
| 1:50.0 | being alive at every moment of their life did the best they could and the |
| 1:53.0 | only thing they were capable of doing with the prevailing awareness of the |
