We've been around for about 10 years,

launched originally, has just a little spreadsheet, and now some unbelievably

awesome software, mobile apps to boot.

And I was thinking about if I would enter the space again.

If I were to look at the competitive field and think,

yeah, should we compete there?

Should we try and go up against all of the software that's out there

to help you manage your money better. I can start listing them for you. There are tons,

but I won't do that. The point, when thinking about what makes software the best personal finance software,

it's not really subjective at the end of the day.

And it's not about where you click or how it looks or how quickly it does

something. It's not really much about the software at all. The best personal finance software,

playing simple, changes your behavior. if your behavior needs changing.

It improves your financial situation.

The value of personal finance software is not to track. It's not to generate a report.

It's not even to do your taxes.

The value in personal finance software comes from the fact that you are paying off your debt,

that you're saving more money, that you're less stressed, that your relationship is improved
