I have just crossed a big milestone, meaning I just turned 40 years old.

Yes, I can't believe that I'm now entering a whole new decade.

And who have I learned a lot of lessons that are very valuable for you and I as we move forward

in our businesses. And so what I thought I would do in this episode is I thought I would look back.

I would look back on the first four decades of my life and I would pick one big lesson from

each decade and share that with you, starting with my early years, from the time that

I was born to 10 years old. And you might ask yourself like, wait a minute, Stu, come on,

seriously. Like what kind of a lesson are you going to be able to share with us from the first 10

years of your life? But there is an important lesson. You see, my family and I were originally from England,

and we moved over to Canada when I was six years old.

Now, I want you to imagine this, a six-year-old moving over to a whole new country.

What did I want to do?

I just wanted to fit in, right?

Like, I just wanted to fit in.

I just wanted to be like everybody else? Like, I just wanted to fit in. I just wanted to be like everybody else.
