Hey everybody I'm Steve Boyette and this week Podrunner introduces segment training in a mix from 150 to 180 beats per minute called Mesa. You'll have 10 minutes at 150 BPM, then 10 minutes at 160, 170, and 180 BPM, followed by a 3 minute cool down.
