| 1:20.0 | So they actually had the weekend kind of think about not that they deliberated but then they came back on Monday and it was basically four hours with a lunch break. |

| 1:43.0 | Anyway, after nine month trial, that doesn't seem like they actually sat down and considered and discussed all the evidence. |

| 1:55.0 | And that's unfortunate because that's not what the process is supposed to to entail. |
| 2:01.0 | But it starts out this episode with a bang. |
| 2:06.0 | And then the judge made a colossal mistake in allowing OJ Simpson to basically stand up and make a statement in open court. |
| 2:17.0 | This is something that's not done. He's allowed to wave his right to take the stand when he does that and the defense rests. |
