What are you talking about? Firestar's origin is a pretty vanilla anti-bullying story.

Some popular girls frame her for

stealing a trophy or something. Wait what? Is that before or after she's at the

Massachusetts Academy? She's in generic public high school. They must have added the

Massachusetts Academy stuff when they

decided to bring her into the comics. Okay because in the comic, Emma convinces Firestar

and Firestar's dad that she'll help Firestar control her powers and then she

spends years socially isolating her and grooming her to be totally

dependent and freakishly loyal. Okay that is definitely not from the

cartoon. In Spider-Man and his amazing friends Xavier pretty much finds her

and takes her in right away. There's a super awkward reunion episode and

Cyclops's voice is incredibly grating.
