So I'm on a coaching call this morning with one of the nation's top agents.

This guy's name is Joe, and he's up in Reno, and he works with a lot of folks that are

moving over from California.

He works with actually a surprising number of celebrities,

people buying second and third homes, a lot of tech types.

He sells really expensive stuff, probably the top number one agent in Reno.

So I'm on this call with him today, and he and I are discussing the fact that, you know,

he has a lot of listings, and he has like 24 pending, and he has just like, I don't even remember how much money in commission. It was like $7 or $800,000 in commission

pending right now. And the guy's going to make to him, after all of his expenses, because

he runs his business like Julie and I ask all of you guys to run it, where you basically

focus on profit. His profit margins are something like 70%. He just basically is a listings focused

listings machine. By the way, he's only been with us for about 18. No, he's been with us for

only about 14 months. And when he started with us, he was one of these agents that was just buying

byerleads. With that aside, so Joe now is making just a ton of money, and he's doing really

well, making more money than he ever has made before.

He's looking at buying a lake house, just the whole thing.
