I've been going out daily, but I wear a mask and gloves.

The mask, I have no jaw. The mask just slides down. I'm the only guy can then yawn his mask off. It's embarrassing

Also my glasses steam up. I'm a nerd. I'm not really I just have bad eyesight but anyways welcome to mindful

I'm here today's guest is Mike Kaplan and Mike has some great wisdom as always.

Mike is someone I've wanted on the show since I first came up with the show.

He was like one of the people I had in mind of like that's the guy I gotta get

Mike is a practicing Buddhist I would say we talk about it he has a way of described himself. We're into Buddhism, we like to say. But anyways, the episode is with

Mike Kaplan and he is one of the smartest people I know. I've known him for almost 20 years now, which is crazy.

Makes me feel old. I think I met him in 2001. We might have met before. My first memory of him is outside of Madison Square Garden.

There was like a two minute audition for the Aspen Comedy Festival, which was like a big deal

back in the day. It was like the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival. I don't think it exists anymore. But me and my friend Dan Hershawn and Mike O'Neill and Tom Dustin were all new comics we were good buddies.

Mike O'Neill I don't know anymore. I don't know if he's doing comedy.

My friend Dan Hershey on is a collaborator, a friend of mine, he does editing and writing and photography.

And hopefully he'll be a guest in the show.
