August the 22nd. I don't know why my voice sounds like it's going

somewhere. I woke up this morning and it just sounded a little grupper.

So bear with me on that. I also injured myself going for a run yesterday

when it was a thousand degrees outside in Texas. I was trying to get home faster and for some reason

that resulted in my solius getting pulled on my right side. I always like knowing that my shoes are too old,

that the padding is not working by my body letting me know with an injury. It's always a good way to start it off.
