hat. Where are we starting? We're starting in Phoenix where the Suns are actually number one in

the Western conference in both record and net rating at 13 and six overall five and two since the

last 15 and 60. There are second in the overall NBA plus 6.6 in net rating third and offense, fifth

in defense and the 538 models actually disagree a little bit. They're third in the Western raptor

52 wins and at the same 52 wins in elo 538's model. But that they project to be first in the

West and over 90% chance of making the best of seven Western conference playoffs. And I kind of

ended up going in two directions with Phoenix. And the first of those was kind of how are they

navigating the absence of Cam Johnson and the answer primarily has been playing more of Tory Craig.

And the Suns do not really have a ton of front court depth in part because Jay Crouter is still

not with the team and not traded for somebody else who could be with the team. But what

Tory Craig has done, which is nice for them. I mean, of course he competes defensively. But he

occupies kind of a different space because Craig only 13 usage this year. But he's making his

threes 41% on a reasonable rate, you know, 5.2 for 36 and it's not Cam Johnson level. But he's doing

for a power forward, which is what playing that's that's acceptable. That's maybe a

it's about average the five or six for 36 minutes. That's about it for a power forward in today's

NBA and hitting 41% like that's I don't expect that to continue. But we're talking about what they've

done so far and it's been good. It has been and what's even more impressive from Phoenix's perspective

as they've been kind of going through this is in quote unquote normal circumstances, he would say,

oh, yeah, I mean, Phoenix, if they need to stop up usage the difference between Tory Craig's offensive

role in Cam Johnson, they have lots of ways they can do that. But remember that this absence is
