We're going to give it just as much as we do the Western Conference.

So we're going to go in order of net rating in the Eastern Conference, and that begins us with...

The team we probably would have expected to start with on net rating, and that is the Boston Celtics.

They are eight and two on the season.

They are first not only in the east,

but in the entire NBA and net rating,

plus, you know, 16.4, some light work there. The Celtics are fourth in offense and second in defense. And for those of you who remember with the demise of 538's public stats, we are using ESPN's BPI for records and playoff odds.

BPI is projecting the Celtics to win 59 games,

which will be tops in the east,

and gives them a 100% chance of making the playoffs.

Well, they do have plenty of depth. It really would take a

couple of major injuries I think for them to even drop down towards being a 500 team
