So I am making you run with me, and we're stretching it out a little bit. Yeah. You said you took the winter off. How come? Because I've got... Millions of things going on....and wild and kids and other... Yeah, there's just a lot going on in my world. But you run typically for your workout? I try to. I mean, I go through phases where I do a little, where I do some running, but then I also am into yoga also. So I do some yoga stuff. And then I don't know. I'm not consistent. But back in the day, it was my world. That was a world. I used to run all the time. Yeah. And so it's like picking, it's like a, it's like a bike now. Yeah. Just like, just get back on and just go. Yeah. And is this your move right here that you just standing here? I'm like six foot four and I'm gangly and I'm dorky. And so I just like to shake. arms out, he's doing like the windmill type thing. What is this called? I don't. But I just want to say my mom does this in the pool the whole time where the shallow edge she will just kind of move the water. That's my whirlig. And that's what you remind me of right now. Yeah, that's my whirlig. Okay. So stretching our calves out a little bit, working the arms, because Eric said that we are going to go and blaze this 5K. Is that what I said? Yes. I don't recall that particularly. You know, today is the Boston Marathon. Yeah. I am running with you. Wow. Versus watching this race. Let's just put everything into perspective. I've given you all kinds of pressure here.

2:36.6

2:37.1

And you haven't run in three, four months.

2:39.6

It's been a while.

2:40.5

And do I need to remind you that you came with me to Athens to cover me when I ran in the Olympic Games and you're getting ready to run with me now?

2:50.6

Of course you don't have to remind me that. Which way is it? We'll go this way. Right Tim? We got Tim on the bike again. He's my, he's my man. He has to stay here with me and he's my audio man. All right. Charlie's my man. He looks like he's on point. No, Charlie's your man. Charlie's my man, but Tim's got to be with me. I hear you. I'm starting the clock because my listeners like to hear what kind of pace I run with my, my subject. It's sort of stressful. It's kind of like that one time I got to hit tennis balls with John McInnor. Oh my gosh! See, that's what I want to hear about. No, I mean, just like, I have a job where it's like, you know, most people and most people that are sports fans are just like, oh my gosh, you have the luckiest job in the world. You just have the coolest gig. And I'm, and yes, there are times where I have to step back and go, wow, this is really a blessing
