So watch thou in all things.

Now, throughout the Bible, you notice the word watch,

and you actually hear the instruction, watch and pray.

Now, as against, well, we would have expected to hear the instruction fast and pray.

Okay?

Now, it is more important to learn how to watch and pray than to fast and pray.

Why?

Because you don't have in the Bible, the Bible giving you the instruction fast and pray.

But you have the Bible telling us watch and pray. Could you not watch with me one hour?

Now, why? Because watching and praying is more possible than fasting and praying.

And it's more possible to sustain watching and praying.

Than to sustain fasting and praying. Than to sustain fasting and praying.

So people fast and pray, and then after the fast,

because the fast is not sustainable.

And when we come to the principles of war,

they will see one of them is sustainability of the mission.

Whatever mission you embark on, you must be able to sustain that mission.

And when you embark on fasting, it's unsustainable beyond a certain point.
