However, there was a time when he realized that it was better to break this vicious cycle and focus on building muscles and getting back on his feet again.
Of course, it is not easy, but by staying consistent with his home workouts, it helped him a lot to achieve his fitness goals.
Today, he's proud to say that he dropped 35 pounds through home training workouts and managed to break that vicious cycle!
