Summary

Today’s episode of the podcast concludes our mini series on deepening our understanding of Tarot connections, as we explore the transformative relationship between the Eight, Nine, and Ten of Swords. How do we navigate our contractions in big moments of expansion? How do we tend to our discomforts and fears in the midst of big evolutionary experiences? Eight, Nine, and Ten of Swords all tend to show up when we are preparing to leap into something new and wonderful, but unfamiliar. They can assist us in skillfully navigating the discomfort that this kind of experience can bring up in us, inviting us to tend to ourselves and our fearful thoughts with curiosity and compassion. In today’s episode, we will explore how to unpack and work with these beautiful cards, embracing them as friends and allies for our continued growth on this planet. So we are wrapping up our little mini series on deepening tarot connections with an exploration

0:35.1

today of the eight, nine and ten of sorts.

0:41.4

I had my own ideas and thoughts about the things that I would explore in this episode, but

0:48.4

these three cards really came to the front of the line and raised their hands and were

0:52.8

very enthusiastic about wanting to be talked about.

0:56.2

So that's what we are going to do today.

1:00.6

I think I may come back with this series in a couple of months and maybe we can explore

1:13.1

this in a little bit more in depth and talk about how we move from like, for example,

1:19.8

from the ace to the ten, how we move from the ten to the pages.

1:24.2

I think that would be really valuable to talk about in rewilding the tarot, which is my

1:30.0

foundational tarot course that's going to be out in not too long of a time.

1:36.5

There is a, there is an audio class on kind of how to work with cards that don't really

1:45.6

seem to make a whole lot of sense.

1:47.7

What we might call disharmonious, but really seeing the unexpected or unintended harmony within

1:54.5

particular card periods.

1:55.5

And I can see that being really valuable to talk about here too.

1:58.9

So I think maybe like, you know, six or so months, I might come back with another round

2:03.4

of this one because it was really sweet to explore.
