Watered Down.

To be watered down. Something is watered down. W-A-T-E-R-E-D, watered down, D-O-W-M, and usually watered-down.

So, for example, the typical idea would be, this Coca-Cola is watered down. So, for example, the typical idea would be, this Coca-Cola is watered down. What does that mean?

That means maybe you had some Coca-Cola and somebody added ice. But now the ice is all melted and the Coca-Cola taste is not so good. It tastes weak. It's more watery than Coca-Cola. It's watered down. We can say this with whiskey too. Give somebody some whiskey,
