retro gaming and technology news with me Dan Wood and me Ravi Abbott. Recording this show in a lovely warm studio on a freezing cold November night. Yeah, warming our hands on a CRT. That's what you need, though, isn't it? It's a time of year when you just want to be indoors, keeping your hand warm on a lovely hot joystick. To avoid going all too, Dominic Diamond on you there. Very Dominic Diamond. You know, I had my CRT out the other day, and it was really hot. And the cat tried to jump on it, but he didn't realize the kind of weight on one of those things, and he was like precariously balancing on top. I was just like, get off. And I can't be healthy for a cat, like on the back of a seat.

Yeah, because initially it was part of Project Hubbard, but I think it's growing into something now which is turning into a tribute for musicians as well. And it looks like a fantastic event. I've always wanted to see 8-bit music performed by symphony, and now the tickets are on sale. sale. So everybody check that out. We'll have a link in the show notes it looks like a fantastic concert we're going to be there yeah it's going to be happening at hall city hall next year saturday 15th of june at 7 p.m tickets are on sale now so we'll put a link in the show notes at the retro hour dot com if you want to be there checking out eight bit symphony it's really good though because we had chris on i remember at the time he's like i.
