0:56.7	When I was a kid, my mom used to always say, sit up straight, mind your posture.
1:01.0	And frankly, she was right.
1:03.0	We say this to our son now and he's 16 and he's like, I'll leave me alone.
1:06.6	But it matters, posture matters for a few different reasons.
1:11.2	First of all, it sends a message to others whether you intend it to or not.
