Hey what's going on guys welcome to another episode of the Fullerton. Hey, what's going on guys?

Welcome to another episode of the Fullerton Unfiltered Podcast.

It's your host, Brian Fullerton here hanging out with you guys and super excited about getting this

podcast out to you guys here bright and early Monday morning. I'm not really sure

when you guys get the opportunity to listen to the show but I will say this we do

appreciate you guys listening in usually we have a Monday Wednesday Friday show during the regular lawn and

landscaping season and right now we are on a regular Monday just one show a

week as we do a lot behind the scenes to get ready to shift gears to take this thing into

overdrive as we get closer to the regular season. What I wanted to talk to you guys

about today was just a couple ideas that I wrote down over the last week. I

usually a lot of these podcasts, if you guys will,

stem from just observation.

You know, observation about what's going on from comments I get on Instagram,

comments that we get on YouTube,

or usually just a really good conversation that I have

with one of you guys along the way whether it's a coaching call or with my friend Mike

Badell who's one of our subcontractors and here's what the deal I'm always
