He gives up being a doctor drives to the coast and lives on a boat drinking and it's only this.

I'm Mikey and I'm your horror virgin Todd which means I don't like scary movies but you guys made me watch them and this week you guys made me watch the 1980 John Carpenter.

The fog.

Yeah Mikey says it with a question mark though because it isn't movie that is named after a weather anomaly for lack of a better term.

The fog is not like it happens fog happens okay not everywhere and I mean it probably happens in this city often or often ish right it's a coastal town.

I get the fog happens Mikey my issue is that it's named after like something that happens pretty often I'd imagine in this town and not the pirates of the Caribbean pirates that literally come and kill people.

That is the thing that is the bad thing about this fog it should be called something like along those lines not hey it's rain.

This would be like if you made a movie about the Nazis bombing the UK and World War II and called it clouds clouds yeah.

Well okay I was just about to make a similar joke that was like if it was snowing and there were Nazis and you called your movie and then I was like oh dead snow.

I was like oh no that is a real one that's another one I have and I will go on the record refused to do but I'm going to soften my approach on that vote it in.

We're just tired of arguing with him so we just wanted to be a listener request.

Yeah we picked this movie last week page tonight because we've never seen it.

We've never seen it and now I understand why this is the only John Carpenter movie I've never seen.
