in Brooklyn today ruled that the government could not force Apple to unlock a phone, an

iPhone.

I guess that they, I don't, again, was this publicized at all?

Do we know that this case was coming or just drop out of the thin air?

Well, there were, I mean, they had talked about several other cases in which the, you

know, not necessarily the FBI, but other, you know, like district attorneys and things,

and you know, other jurisdictions, they were trying to get Apple to unlock phones in order

to get information for not necessarily terrorism related cases, but just like, you know,

racketeering drugs, what do I mean?
