Can you start off by telling our listeners, if you had to rate yourself on a sexual

shame a meter with one being totally shameless and ten being so full of

shame where do you fall today? I would say it's a solid three because I've developed over many many years trying to deal with

the shame that I have inside of me and I've become a lot more outspoken lately and a lot generally less ashamed with who I am and trying to be proud of the person that I am.

A lot of it also goes back to just trying to have pride in myself because my mom was a bisexual

woman growing up in the South and she didn't get the opportunities that I have and I want to have the

opportunities and I want to take advantage of the opportunities that I have and be able to be

myself without having to hold back or restrain anything.

I want you to take advantage of those opportunities too.
