Now, people might think, why am I going to speak to a lawyer?

And obviously, I'm not in any trouble.

Well, at least I hope I'm not in any trouble.

And there's been no exchange of money in brown paper bags or anything like that.

But I thought as we met last year, it'd be really good to get a lawyer's perspective on the

veterinary sort of profession, but in particular in sort of contracts and things that vets who

might be all focused on animals and having a job, but not necessarily about employment

contracts and contracts and things to, yeah, what that entails. So I suppose very basically

matter if I could start at the start. So what is an employment contract and should we all have one? Yeah, that's a great

question. And, you know, whether we should have one is kind of a different reality because it

seems like most places at this point have them for vets. I think part of that is we see it in
