What a state of conscience,

what a unique, beautiful state of consciousness.

If we could only try to understand it, we could be, we could be, we could be so free.

And that's what you find through humility.

You know, what was this again?

Humility is nothing but truth and pride is

nothing but lying. Lying causes anxiety. You know, yogis can't lie. That's why it's right there.

And first thing with the yamas, right? Nonviolence and then, you know, truthfulness. Lying will

stir your mind up and bring anxiety, your mind.

You'll never have it, you'll never make it peaceful.

But I think the thing is, is that unless you're given a good thorough kind of theology

or a good thorough ontology of the self, you're going to feel the need to place these barriers up that

will trigger you.

You know, I'm very, very, very small.

That's the truth.

I'm not small.
