number 807 in our feature speaker, Barbara de Angeles. You know, I almost didn't play

this episode because there's a little bit of like microphone noise in this one, but the

message is so important because all of us have our own personal story like what we believe

about ourselves and it's just running in our head over and over and over again. And that

story, we confirm it, right? We're looking for things that are going to confirm our stories.

We're doing things that are confirming our story. So it's our story that is keeping us
