I have a really special interview with one of my friends,

Alexandra Jamison.

Now you may have seen her on Oprah.

She is also the co-producer of an Oscar nominated documentary, Super Sized Me, which came

out about 11 years ago maybe. Food is her passion, empowering women is her passion, advocating for

kids is her passion. There are so many things that she does and we talk about

all of them today in this interview and one thing that I found really fascinating is that she became a certified positive psychology coach basically and we get into talking about

the differences between a fixed brain and a growth brain when it comes to making changes in your life.
