1:14.5	They proposed and got passed by the Senate, with some Democratic support, more on those

1:22.6	They got passed by the Senate, a measure to reduce the estate tax rate, as well as to
1:27.3	increase the amount of an estate that's exempt from the tax.
1:31.4	President Obama's budget would keep the estate tax at its current level.
1:35.2	It kicks in at $3.5 million for an individual, $7 million for a couple, and the rate is
1:40.8	45%.
1:42.5	The right-wing measure would increase the exemption to $5 million and $10 million, and
1:46.8	cut the top rate to 35%.
