much, Don. It's great to be here. Thank you. Chip, are you using your talents and work that you love?

Absolutely, but I can say that that has not always been the case. So we'll definitely talk about that.

All right. We want to hear the whole story. Chip Franks is the founder of the real estate marketplace,

a real estate sales office with 16 realtors and a property management company in Harker Heights, Texas.

A master of direct response marketing, CHIP's expertise in lead generation and sales

conversions allowed him to personally sell nearly 2,000 homes without sales help over the past 20

years. His passion project, Joe Volunteer, is an Uber-like mobile app that connects organizations and volunteers on demand.

The spirit of Joe Volunteer is providing value and as a benefits corporation where complete transparency is the norm and cost are kept to an absolute minimum,

the organization is designed to increase volunteering tenfold globally and help millions

of people around the world. Chip, that's the executive summary of your career today. Tell us what

you're working on right now that has you engaged and excited. Actually, the thing that I am working on

that's really exciting and I'm biased here, Don, but I think it's got the potential to change the world,

and it is Joe Volunteer. We're going to obviously talk a lot about this, but, man, just starting

up this company and this idea and this whole movement of increasing volunteerism, we'll get into

that, I guess, but our big, hairy, audacious goal is to increase volunteerism across the world by tenfold.

And just to do that, of course, you'd mention the app on the intro, and that is a tool that we're

going to be using for it.
