There comes a point where you have to get rid of distractions,

I usually see shadow material or triggers activation as chances for growth and alchemy and integration.

I believe that our triggers and activations are ultimately

going to guide us towards what is more true and what is more joyful. Pain is

protection and where we are overly protecting or armoring ourselves, that might be where we want to soften and unravel because usually there's

But there can be a hook like an annoyance or getting lost in some kind of drama or
