carry. And I remember that Louisville's Metro police opposed it at the time. What happened

was the GOP-dominated legislature made the argument, which has been furthered by the gun lobby,

that more guns carried by civilians will make us safer. When they removed the requirement

for a concealed carry permit, they ended up missing a lot of concealed carriers. So those people
