So what I'd like to talk to you today is about depression. The majority of people that I see

on a one-to-one basis is some form of depression or low self-esteem. So I thought it would be real

value to you to be able to talk to you how you can let go of

depression. I know it's a very bold statement, but you can let go of depression. I believe you can

let go very, very quickly. Usually when people come to see me, it's a very bold statement to make,

but usually it's within maybe an hour, two hours to let go of it. I know it's very bold, but it's just usually the common result that I guess.

So I'm not going to apologize for getting quick results, I guess.

And it's not because I'm special.

Well, to me, depression is really about

unable to be motivated. Feeling bad about yourself, feeling not good enough, not feeling

worthy, feeling anger, sadness, fear, guilt, heart, frustration, all the above really, all the things which just makes us feel

crap about life, about ourselves and life and our opportunities. But I can tell you right now,

it does not have to be that way. Communication is the real key here because it's how our mind
