Yeah, you and I have been, like, Instagram friends now for a while, like talking about getting you on, and finally we're like, let's just do this. Like, quit putting it off, Carrie, because it's not that I'm putting it off. You always have so much we can talk about, but it's just been busy with, you know, fall races and things like that. And you know how that is. It's just like, come on. Let's have a minute to chat. You're a TV star, Carrie. I can't keep up. I'm not a TV star. But, you know, if they ask me to come and help the sport, I'll do it. And that's how you are. I mean, you know, you have so much of a background in this sport. And I think we want to just chat about that.

But, I mean, somebody that knows the body, knows the sport, knows what, you know, it needs to be fast and fit.

Great. So you started running when you were 11. So we're going to go way back then

and start from, you know, ground zero. But when you were 11 years old, you pick the sport up.

What is it about the sport that has kept you? Because how old are you now?

46. So 46. So all of these years, this sport, like, you know, like me, has been the forefront of your life. Yeah. Yeah. Running has been my entire life. I'm very lucky that I've been able to make a career out of it. And it's been my entire life. Yeah. What brought you into it? Oh, well, I just started running as a kid.
