So we're not going to mess around. I'm going to tell you what you need today, what we're going to go through. We've never done this before, but we're going to really establish what you want in life. And the only way that we can do that is get you in like the best possible mood ever. So you're going to be able today to take the time for yourself. Like I said, this is know your worth. So making that time specifically for you, even if it's the five minutes a day and then this little activity that we're going to do. Like, that's it. Lock yourself in a room, head headphones on, earbuds in, whatever you need to do, go for a walk. But we're getting this done. Like if you have to walk to the park and then write everything down, it's all good. So make sure that you have something to write on today for your activity after this. But this is a pretty simple activity, but it will be very freeing. The most difficult part of this is actually taking the time to focus on it. Because what most people will do is they'll kind of rush through it and not actually give it the airtime and the focus that it deserves. So I really, really want you to give this the energy and the focus it deserves today. So blank, this is where the blank dot grid comes into play. What you're going to do, step one, you need a playlist. Because you can't just go at this with all the noise and all the distractions. So get yourself a really freaking good playlist. |
