Summary
In June 1998, the residents of the seaside city of Wollongong were shocked and horrified by the decapitation murder of local shop keeper, David O'Hearn. Two weeks later, another brutal mutilation murder was committed, that of former lord mayor and alleged paedophile, Frank Arkell. Rumours of Satanism, the occult, gay hate murder squads and paedophile rings swirled about the city as Police struggled to find any real leads. But despite their best efforts, three murders would be committed before those responsible were brought to justice.
