All right, we're back here with Timothy Gordon. He's the author of Catholic

Republic and he was with us not too long ago talking about whether or not the

founding fathers plagiarized Thomas Aquinas and the principles that come into our American

Republican how they're actually based on a lot of the things that Thomas Aquinas

talked about and are enshrined in Catholic tradition and I wanted to have them back today to talk

about Catholic Integralism and also there's a lot of people Timothy who said hey

America's founded on the Freemasons it's rotten to the core, you guys are nuts, so I wanted you to come back and we talk about freemasons and you have some interesting things to say not just

in the 1700s, but especially in the 1900s. So welcome back.

Awesome. Well, right when we got online here on Skype you were saying that Mike

Didka just called you. Tell me what happened. That was the weirdest in a positive way the

weirdest thing I think that's ever happened here at the school I teach at.

Yeah, I was, I'd send him a letter in the middle of the summer asking if I could interview him about his Catholic faith and I didn't hear back from him and

the school year began today and I was going through my day and in the middle of second period

I got a call from Chicago Y-L and I picked it up and he was

like in the middle of a sentence already and it was clearly the voice of Mr. Great legend Mike Ditka, and he was like talking about something.

I was like, oh, is this Mike Ditka?

I never thought I'd say that into a cell phone.

But yeah, so we, he wanted to conduct the interview right then so I

knew a couple of the questions off the top so I started going and I was I was

taken because Mike think is a Catholic he's a Catholic he's a Catholic yeah he a Catholic and he had lots of interesting things to say. But yeah, it was like the editor of La Republica, you know, who Pope Francis keeps doing these interviews with Scalfari.
