The first paper she wrote in college was nominated for a first-year writing award yet she still didn't think to pursue writing as a career. She spent years successfully wandering through jobs but always trying to figure out "what I want to be when I grow up." As her career path zigged and zagged, writing was always there, lurking in the background patiently waiting it's turn. Then at 32 years old, the patience ran out. She didn't sit down to write her book, it jumped out of her at perhaps the worst, best, most confusing, and most liberating time of her life. 1:39.3	I realized something while writing the other day. I was working on an article, only a couple paragraphs into it.
1:46.3	And I reached the moment an exciting point when I'm able to fully conceptualize what I want to say from specific arguments to the entire theme of what I'm writing.
1:55.7	It's like the whole piece flashes in front of me. I can see it. Almost feel it.
2:00.6	I experienced this a lot with writing. Again an idea for an article and when I sit down to put my thoughts on paper, my start, albeit sometimes slowly, to get into a flow of sorts.
2:11.2	A couple paragraphs into that flow is when the moment usually arrives.
2:15.9	Suddenly what was once a fuzzy idea is now a fully formed article. Complete with all my thoughts eloquently expressed, flashing through my mind.
2:24.9	You know this moment. It's not unique to writing. It can happen in any aspect of life.
2:29.9	We have an idea or a goal or a dream. And if we entertain it enough, we can imagine exactly how it could come to fruition.
