Guys, welcome to the J. Scott Outdoors podcast. Today's episode with Dar Colburn of Colburn and Scott Outfitters and Craig Steele of

exclusive pursuit Outfitters is going to be on the breakdown of the 2016 fall

bighorn sheep hunts in Arizona

and before we get into that I wanted to go over a couple things

first is

uh... the Arizona Big Horn Sheet bonus point totals. The

max point this year is 27 points. There's 107 residents, five non-residents, so a total of 112 applicants.

And then I'm going to read down the list 26, 25, 24.

26 is 235 with 200 residents, 35 non-residents, 25 points is 168

residents, 51 non-residents 219 total. 24 points is 229, 23 is 296, 22 is 323,

21 is 368, 20 is 378, 19 is 321, 18 is 482, 17 is 522, 16 is 735, and you can kind of get a gist, the number just keeps getting bigger

and bigger there.

I also wanted to, in our efforts in this episode, we tried to be as extensive as we can but I don't think I left a clear indication for non-residents what my top units would be for non-residents. I've had a chance to go back

over and look over the stats and look over the quality of

of hunt and quality of animal in mind.

Number one, unit 22, by far and away, I think it's the best hunt in the state.
