Untold Italy was launched just before the pandemic and to this day I can't really say why I persisted with weekly

episodes but I just knew I had to and I'm so glad I did. I love introducing you to our guests

and the meetings, experiences and connections that have been made as a result of untold Italy.

Just recently on our tour of Puglia, our guest, led by the gorgeous Olivia Windsor,
