Hey everybody, it's Junior Monday after the Glenn, pretty low key.

We've been here for a week, this week. Everybody I'm sure is excited about getting a break

back into the summer here and getting a chance to spend some time with their families and

there won't be any racing this weekend on the cupped side but we definitely got the

Xfinity Carge to tune in to and so we're excited about that but I went to the racetrack on Friday

and that was good. A lot of exposure there which is good for me, really drove my symptoms up but

that's what my doctor wants me to do is go into those kind of situations and

so what we've been doing, there's no new, there's no real update on the process.

Yeah, I watch both the races pretty much. I missed a little bit here and there and yeah,

I don't know but that Xfinity race was pretty good I guess. The cup race was pretty good.

I don't have a whole lot to add to what I saw. It looked like it was just real tough as far as

the combination of the tire and the surface look really slick as you saw the two and 18 struggling

on restarts down into term one. You can see everybody's sort of real twitchy and having trouble

getting going there, trying to understand the grip level. That kind of fell into Denny's lap there

and he did a great job at the end to put together the laps he needed. Any little mistake would have
