This week’s podcast is with Body Building Champion and Fitness Coach, Holly Baxter. Nick and Holly discuss how eating disorders have been intertwined throughout their individual journeys. They also explain why mental health should be equally considered while competing, the health of endurance athletes that they’ve met throughout the years, and how dieting should be monitored and evaluated.
About Holly:
Holly Baxter is a two time world champion fitness model in the Natural Universe and Natural Olympia competitions (2015) and recently achieved pro status with the WBFF. Holly also earned a bachelors in Food Science and a Masters in Dietetics. The combination of knowledge with her real world results and 5 years of coaching experience made her a great choice for the Director of Nutrition for BioLayne. She loves working with clients, producing informative content, and training other coaches to help make a positive difference in people’s health.
