Welcome back to The Incomparable podcast.

I'm your host, Jason Snell, and this is one of those very special editions of The Incomparable,

where rather than listening to voices far away on Skype, which is how we normally do these episodes, instead, I am in a little room with very little ventilation with three of our fine, fine panelists.

And we're going to discuss television, the end of the most recent TV season, and most

specifically, just as we did in person a year ago, Game of Thrones, which is one of my favorites,

and this third season just wrapped up. And so we're going to talk about that for a while,

and then we'll talk about other TV shows at the end if we have time. So joining me

in this tiny room right across from me right now, it's John Syracusa. Hi, John. Is there a reason

our wrists are all tied together and we have switched blades in our other hands? Is that part of this?

No, that's just, uh, uh, also this isn't very late at night for any of you. I have three East Coasters here, so that's fascinating.
